Senior Accountant

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must be a graduate of BS Accountancy.
• Must be Certified Public Accountant
• Has experience or has handled responsibilities pertaining to corporate taxation/tax related transactions in a construction company
• Assignment will be at Makati head office.
• Willing to work overtime especially on month end and closing data.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares invoices and ensure immediate distribution to clients.
• Input invoices and official receipts in the system -IAAS2.
• Reconciles AR Ledger balances against Trial Balance and against system generated Billing Receipts Report.
• Monitor All-Risk Insurance, Surety Bonds, Waiver, PEZA Certificates, Application for Zero Rating, and CWT Certificates.
• Issue Debit Notes to Suppliers and Sub Contractors (AR-Others) and monitor collection
