Description:
Accounts / Senior Accounts Executive
Job Descriptions :
Maintain accounting systems and enforce policies and procedures ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal control requirements.
Maintain a fullset accounts, preparation of financial statements, and accounting schedules and performaccount and bank reconciliations.
Accounts receivables / payable tracking and aging.
Cash forecast, interco / vendor payment planning & settlement.
Handle fixed assets accounting.
Liaise with the auditor for the year-end audit.
Tax compliance (checking on customs duties : administering statutorily required tax payments : liaison with tax representative on corporate income tax filing), internal tax projection and reporting. Year -end provision.
Monthly balance sheet reconciliation (BSR)
Perform month-end and year-end close including accruals, prepayments amortization,misc journal entries.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements :
At least Degree in Accounting or equivalents
5 years working experience
Good in computer literate with JDE accounting system
Good strong leadership qualities.
Willing to work at Shah Alam, Selangor
