We are looking for a new Sales Operations Executive to work with the Sales Operations Manager:

 

 

  • Respond to customer enquiries by phone, online and WhatsApp
  • Process customer orders
  • Issue orders to suppliers in Italy
  • Plan shipments with our freight provider
  • Follow up with customers with balances to pay
  • Coordinate deliveries with delivery team/warehouse
  • Handle customer feedback

 

 

You will be diligent, with good attention. Your role is important to ensuring the smooth running of the company and to customer's having a great experience so we are looking foir someone who will take pride in their work.
