Description:

Develops and prepares well-structured training plans and materials ensuring that these areconcise, well understood and fitted to the needs of the participants
Delivers and/or monitors the delivery of training with good communication and facilitationskills, understanding the needs of the audience and inspiring enthusiasm in learning
Develops trainers and enhances their knowledge and training competency to delivereffective training
Reviews and evaluates the program’s effectiveness and recommends improvements
Assessment of present store operation to check compliance to standards and notedeviations (check Standards Compliance audits and Store BSC results)
Assessment of BSC deployment, progress of implementation and resultsManpower assessment, review staffing, work schedules, station assignments and performance
Review customers complaints, comments and general perception of the store
Assess stock levels, production plans, IMS status, daily requisition guides Identify all problems observed and take immediate corrective action on critical areas
Work with T&S Team and decide on the priority problem areas to improve on nitiates problem analysis, identifying causes and possible solutions
Coordinate and involve other TEI Departments, if necessary
Initiates in planning and implementing the best solutions
