ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Industry: Design & Build

- Manage Company's Full set accounts, including Profit & Loss, Balance sheet, etc …

- Monitor and checking staff claim & Director Claim, Hardware Claim, Worker Wages.

- Responsible of debtor aging & creditor aging.

- Responsible for sales accounts receivable and accounts payable.

- Perform reconciliation of general ledger, journal by project.

- Contribute to the completion of month-end accounting and financial closing.

- Petty cash – general

- Staff Commission

- Assist in Fixed Assets management

- Procedure of accounting standard, SOP

- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation & bank statement

- To check and prepare all the payment, including payment by cheque, telegrahic transfer, bank draft, bank guarantee, Banker Acceptance

- Monitor and prepare all company deposit and prepayment

- Keeping accurate and timely and accounting records

- Deal with Auditor.

- Any other duties as assign by management

 Requirements:

- Possess at least SPM / LCCI higher/diploma/degree/ finance

- At least 3years of working experience in finance/accounting.

- Full time position available.

- Applicants much be willing to work in Puchong.

- Computer literate and knowledge of UBS software will be advantage.

- Required language: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia

- Malaysian citizens only.
