Description:
1. Handling all incoming call, correspondence (email, letters, parcel, and etc.)
2. Manage utility usage bills.
3. Manage and order stationery and office expense when necessary.
4. Maintain documentation and filling systems to ensure it is kept up-to date.
5. Handling documentation (letter preparation, filling forms, prepare consignment note, and etc.)
6. Handle inquiries and requests on billing of invoices.
7. Maintain up-to-date debtor aging report and prepare reminder letters and updates on debt collection reports.
8. Maintain up-to-date creditor aging, payment and send payment advice to suppliers.
9. To undertake ad-hoc assignment or duty assigned by Director/ Superior as and when required.
