CAD Drafter (BIM Modeler / Civil 3D)

Full Job Description

We have an AU-based client seeking for a CAD Drafter who is a good communicator and detailed-oriented individual who is proficient in 12D or Civil 3D Software, experienced as BIM Modeler / BIM Management Plan, and knowledgeable with other CAD software.

The Drafter will create or check technical drawings and designs for projects by computer-aided design. He or she has strong computer skills and knowledge in design software. He or she has excellent numerical and analytical skills.

JOB DUTIES :

• Follow specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings
• Check the detailing of the drawings
• Prepare detailed work using 12D or Civil 3D software
• Perform calculations for materials and weight limitations
• Communicate with architects and engineers, and incorporate knowledge gained into drawings
• Prepare and review alongside the engineering team
• Ensure final designs are compliant with building regulations
• Identify and communicate potential design problems to the rest of the team
• Perform other related duties as assigned

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :

• 3 - 5 years’ experience as a CAD Drafter, BIM Modeler or similar role
• Strong knowledge and experience in Civil 3D, 12D, or other CAD software
• Exposed in BIM management plan
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team and can work with less supervision
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

REQUIRED SKILLS / SOFTWARE :

SALARY RANGE : PHP 30K TO 40K per month based on your experience

WORKING SCHEDULE : Monday to Friday 6AM to 3PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
