Description:
JOB PURPOSE
Main responsibilities: Dismantling and installation of tiles, marbles, and granite. Chb laying, wall plastering and concrete poring. Concrete finishing, waterproofing, and sealing masonry surfaces.
Specific Duties: Willing to be assigned to all warehouses and properties to do all masonry works.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• In-charge of all masonry works in all property sites
• Dismantling and installation of tiles, marbles, and granite
• CHB laying, wall plastering and concrete pouring
• Not only having a masonry skill, can do also work like carpentry or plumbing works.
QUALIFICATIONS
General Specification
Education:
Specialized Skills: Masonry and have additional skills like carpentry or plumbing skills
Experience: 1 year or more
Competency Specification
Knowledge: Masonry works
Soft Skills: Carpentry or Plumbing works
Technical Skills:
Attitude: Able to work without supervision
