Mechanical Engineer Fit out projects

1. Primarily responsible for planning and design in the area of mechanical and other trades. 
2. Develop policies, standards, inspection procedures, and evaluation tools for MEPF managers.
3. Engineering design and estimation of fit-out construction for Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire ProtecƟon.
4. Can negotiate with different clients and can do swift transactions regardless of location.
5. Understand business operations and office fit-out procedures. 
6. Strongly inclined in establishing and maintaining customer and customer service. 
7. Prepare designs and estimates. 
8. Do assigned tasks by superiors from time to time.

 Graduate/bachelor’s degree in mechanical Engineer. 
 At least 5 years of relative experience in the construction of office fit-out and renovation or related equivalent. 
 Licensed Mechanical Engineer. 
 Good teamwork and interpersonal skills 
 Can work under minimal supervision. 
 Knowledgeable to use MS Teams, Cisco Webex, and other means of communication.
 Good English communication skills and can coordinate effectively.
