As an SEO VA, you are responsible for improving performance, productivity, and efficiency through the implementation of effective methods and strategies. You will be responsible for ensuring that the team’s SEO knowledge and progress is aligned with the long-term vision of the project. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the team/s delivers high-quality services by taking points in collaborating with Project Manager/Lead.

What you'll be doing:

• You will be responsible for helping implement the SEO tasks given by the client in support of their customers.
• Assist and train a team of SEO Virtual Assistants that contribute to the project’s success.
• Oversee and review the task output for client-given SEO Content activities, such as SEO Page Optimizations (Title, Meta Description, Header/Image tagging), Content Ideation and ad hoc keyword research, etc.
• Oversee and review the task output for client-given SEO strategies, such as Keyword Cannibalization Analysis, GMB Optimizations, Monthly SEO reports, etc.
• Coordinate with various US teams to address SEO opportunities, needs, and concerns detected through audits, feedback, etc.
• Review and initiate Content SEO & SEO Strategy Knowledge base article revisions, SEO content reviews and optimization, internal and external article ideation, and SEO content audits.
• Familiarity with SEO Auditing tools (SEMrush, SERP Analyzer, Ahref, SurferSEO, Moz Pro, Anchor Profiler, iNeedArticle, Feng-GUI, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog).

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years related SEO experience
• The ability to train and influence others to achieve goals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs , SEMRush , etc.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and objectives simultaneously
• Basic knowledge of HTML
• Can comfortably perform ad hoc analyses using analytics reports
