DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation in the office.
2. Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
3. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning and etc.
4. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results: Invoice, Delivery Receipts etc.
5. Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail and mail.
6. Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and communication.
7. Provides information by answering questions and requests.
8. Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
9. Contributes team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
10. To perform other duties as assigned.
