Description:
Responsibilities:
• To provide administrative support to the accounts department
• Preparing and submitting monthly sales & import record
• Generate Sales Order, Delivery Order, Invoices
• Manage customers’ orders by using AutoCount System
• To handle the daily operations of e-Commerce platforms including the marketplace (Shopee, Lazada etc.)
• To check and prepare Shopee unauthorized & removal listing
• To update customer details on the website
• Coordinate approved training programs including getting approval and claim from HRDF & necessary arrangement
• To ensure general administrative functions are carried out efficiently and effectively
• To assist in assigned tasks from time to time
