Description:
We’re looking for a passionate Business Administrator Intern who can support our business admin department with daily business administrative tasks and activities.
Working Location: Johor Bahru / Kuala Lumpur (Remote support - working from Home for now due to Covid-19)
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist in driving and supervising strategies for positive business growth
Assist in overseeing the financial and budgetary activities
Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity
Keeping company databases up to date
Assist Business Administrator and the department with day-to-day customer relationship management and business operations
Identify inefficiencies and research new innovative ways for improvement through technology and resources
Being ready for any other administrative tasks that are required
Requirements:
Is pursuing/have pursued a Business Administration degree or equivalent
Excellent communication and networking skills
Detail-oriented
Self-motivated & disciplined
Good oral and written command of the English language is required
Strong organizational skills
Time management skills with the ability to multitask
Broad business knowledge
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
