Responsibility
· Primary objective is to carry out Basic Clerical duties and Administrative function
· Responsible for taking notes as well as the time of important meeting
· Scheduling important meetings and interviews of the executives
· Prepare/compose routine letters, memos and other correspondence for executives
· Ability to multi-task and ensure all details of a task are completed
· Possesses integrity and ability to maintain accurate/confidential records and reception work
· Independent, self-starter with attention to detail
Job Qualifications:
Must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder in management
Atleast 1 year experience on secretarial compliances
Good in communication and written reports
With scheduling and administrative skills
Proficiency in Microsoft office
Tech-savvy and Resourceful
