Responsibilities of a call center agent

• Informs customers about services offered and analyzes client needs.
• Provides practical recommendations, training, and assistance to lower-level staff.
• Provides assistance, coaching, and troubleshooting assistance to lower-level staff.
• Schedules work to guarantee accurate phone coverage; looks after the priority of phone calls and changes escalated phone calls to ensure settlement to difficulties.
