DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work directly with the Chief Executive to support all aspects of his daily work routine.
  • Maintain the Chief Executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel (may include domestic and international) arrangements. Exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs.
  • Coordinate work between the Chief Executive and other employee and clients; play a key role in the coordination of staff efforts both within and outside the department.
  • Assist the Chief Executive in the development of presentations and white papers for internal and external audiences.
  • Determine priority of matters of attention for the Chief Executive; redirect matters to staff to handle as requested by the executive.
  • Keep the Chief Executive advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
  • Routinely perform a wide variety of support duties.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of any Bachelors degree course
  • With at least 1 to 2 years working experience in working as an Executive Assistant
  • Must be excellent in writing and verbal communication skills, good time-management skills, good ability to pay attention to details, organize, has ability to do multitasking, and with good Interpersonal skills
  • Must be willing to work in Marikina City
