JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- End-to-end Local/International recruitment, screening of the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview, and personal interviews with coordination with the concerned departments & background verification of the shortlisted candidates.
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans, Employee orientation, development, and training.
- Host and participate in job fairs, sourcing out from the different job portal sites
- Manage conflict resolutions among others & Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
- Supports the preparation of monthly payroll, leave, and ensures prompt and accurate payments and deductions, and staff and workers training records.
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
Qualities of Competent HR Staff:
- Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback.
- Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities so as to use time efficiently
- Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team, and in group presentations and meetings.
Other Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related (essential).
- 1 year of experience as an HR assistant-International (essential).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Can Start ASAP.
