IT Project Manager

Job Description:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients.
Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, resource allocation, budget and for any potential risks.
Lead project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members.
Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to the project plan and timelines.
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing progress updates and addressing concerns.
Manage expectations and ensure alignment between project outcomes and stakeholder requirements.
Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.
Coach and mentor team members, fostering their professional growth and development.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Atleast 5 years experience as a project manager or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (web application development / smartphone application development)
Knowledgeable with programing languages such as HTML,CSS, React, Github Data base.
Solid IT background both strategic and operational.
