Job Description:
1) Translation in term of conversation and documents(Translate from English or Bahasa Malaysia to Mandarin and vice versa).
2) Provides office administration support to ensure efficient office and building management operation.
3) Delegate tasks as appropriate to other members of the team.
4) Able to work Under Pressure and handle confidential matters.
5) Able to work independently and multi task.
6) Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors/management from time to time.
7) To handle daily incoming and outgoing communications, including email and telephone inquiries quickly and professionally.
8) Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, and tracking.
9) Other tasks assigned by the superior.
Job requirements :
1) Candidate must possess at least STPM / Diploma in any field.
2) At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the related field jobs (Factory/International Business/Government).
3) Able to start work immediately or with short notice would be an advantage.
4) Language required : Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
5) Responsible, work hard, proactive, polite and pleasant personality.
6) A sound Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package.
