- Attend to customers' requests and requirements.
- Seek out new prospects through effective digital marketing and direct visitation to potential new clients.
- Develop new products based on market research.
- Develop and specialize a Tourist Visas Application (Online and Embassy Submission)
- Tour Packages (inbound, outbound, and Group Tours)
- Cruises Booking System and Specialize in Booking and Selling
- Interaction with suppliers and business partners to create tour packages.
- Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages, such as tour tickets, travel insurance, or upgraded seats/accommodations.
- Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
- Handle any related inquiries and assist Operations Team when required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills, analytical skills, and customer relationship skills.
- Initiate activities and other sources of sales which eventually lead to hitting personal targets.
