Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities:

• Contacting potential customers via telephone or email to promote and sell products or services
• Generating leads and following up with prospects to convert them into customers
• Achieving sales targets and quotas on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service
• Maintaining accurate and complete records of customer interactions and transactions in a CRM system
• Providing information and support to customers regarding products, services, pricing, and promotions
• Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues to management when necessary
• Keeping up-to-date with product and industry knowledge to provide the best solutions to customers

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate with At least 3 months of BPO experience.
• College graduate without BPO experience
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
• Good to Excellent English Communication Skills
