Marketing VA / Web Digital Design

We are urgently hiring for a Marketing VA with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Slack, MS Excel, Google Apps, familiar in using CRM, excellent in writing emails and content (blogs), good in English communication skills, and knowledgeable in data entry and lead generation tasks.

Full Job Description

To develop the strategy used in marketing a company’s services online, utilizing such techniques in the field as social media, web analytics, blog articles, lead generation and basic graphic content. To enhance the campaign presences, including interacting with customers, promoting brand-focused, sourcing and arranging positive connections, directing them to the right content or service provider.

JOB DUTIES :

• Generates leads, connects, and booking inquiries
• Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits
• Grows and expands company presence
• Create email marketing campaigns
• Convince organisations to partner and establish a relationship
• Generate target outputs for appointments with organisations.
• Imports into CRM / Database Management system
• Create and implement Marketing campaigns according to specific business goals. Creating and executing PPC Campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Create the digital content for marketing (ad banners, ad mock-ups, landing pages), set up and maintain email marketing campaigns.
• Monitor ROI for campaigns and prepare marketing reports to be submitted
• Prepare Marketing presentations, brochures, pitch desks

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :

• 2 - 3 years’ experience in Digital Marketing, Degree in Marketing
• Experience with Slack, MS Excel, and Google Apps.
• Maturity to manage the responsibility the role requires.
• Values of Honesty, Approachability, and being Results Focused.
• Naturally works with high attention to detail.
• Produces above standard written communication.
• Can manage multiple projects with conflicting deadlines.

WORKING SCHEDULE : US SHIFT 8PM TO 5AM

SALARY RANGE : 40K TO 50K per month
