Accounting Assistant

Accounting Payable

• Processes of all payments of to suppliers, contractors, agents, payroll and utilities
• Processes checks and issuance of Journal Voucher for Cash Advance requisition and liquidation.
• Monitoring and encoding of fixed asset in the computer system
• Prepares and monitor submission of necessary tax for payment to gov’t.
• Performs other jobs as may be assigned from time to time.

Accounting Receivable

• Monitors accounts receivables and maintains and updates the customer's ledger
• Prepare penalty computation for delinquent buyers.
• Prepare computation of refund for back out buyers
• Send notices of final demand and cancellation for delinquent buyers
• Provides assistance to other department relative to document requirement for filing with various gov’t entity.
• Attend to buyers request and inquiries relative to their payments

Job Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy/Banking in Finance/BS MATH and any related course.
• At least 1-2 years of accounting experience.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Detail oriented.
• Required skills: Accounting operations / Financial Analysis
