To provide compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll and daily financial entries, and reconciliations. To perform daily accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments.
JOB DUTIES
- Responsible for accounts receivables, daily bank deposits and reconcile petty cash.
- Enter cash receipts.
- Match customer delivery dockets to sales orders.
- Enter credit memos.
- Generate, print, and send out electronic invoices to customers.
- Review AR aging reports weekly to ensure compliance.
- Print and email weekly accounts receivable statements to customers.
- Follow up on, collect and allocate customer payments.
- Carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
- Reconcile outstanding accounts, resolve payment discrepancies with customers and process refunds.
- Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records.
- Assist with the month-end closing process especially customer credit notes.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Accounting or similar field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- MYOB, QuickBooks, Sage, and/or Xero knowledge is an advantage.
- Must have a strong knowledge of accounting principles and best practices.
- Ability to multitask and work autonomously.
- Can deal with complexity and has strong analytical skills.
- Keen to details, confidentiality, and thoroughness towards the work.
- Excellent communication skills with a sense of humour.
- Strong work ethic and a team player.
REQUIRED SKILLS / SOFTWARE

- Knowledge in MYOB or any accounting software. Client is willing to train.
- Knowledge in accounting systems & principles.
SALARY RANGE
Php 20,000 – 30,000 per month based on your experience
