Business analyst (Officer level)

Effectively evaluates business processes, anticipates requirements, uncovers areas for improvement, and implements solutions and system enhancements. Exhibit mastery of approaches and tools such as business canvas, value proposition, and empathy maps to understand end users’ needs. Provides day-to-day support and guidance to Businesses in improving workflow and services through data analysis

Onsite work, 21F NEX TOWER, 6786 AYALA AVENUE, MAKATI CITY

Preferably, at least 7-10 years of experience in IT Software, Project Management, and Business Analytics.  

1. Bachelor's/College Degree and/or Masters in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking
2. Strong background in system and data analysis
3. Knowledge in project  management with proven ability to lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
4. Knowledge in Financial domain
5. Considerable experience with data visualization
6. Advanced process modeling techniques
7. Good organization and negotiation skills
8. High proficiency in both business and technical communications (verbal & written)
9. Strong interpersonal and people-handling skills, with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical details. 
10. Advanced Excel skills

Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 17:00

Salary budget: 39,000 to 60,000
