Chief Financial Officer

    Daily accounting bookkeeping, preparing periodic reports, and analysis for treasury activities and financial performance.
    Monitoring, and managing the company's cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity while optimizing cash utilization.
    Preparation of cash forecasts and budgets for the company.
    Execution of daily cash management activities such as cash positioning, funding, and monitoring of bank account balances.
    Building solid relationships with banks and financial institutions to facilitate efficient cash management and obtain favorable banking terms.
    Evaluation and mitigation of financial risks related to interest rates, foreign exchange, and credit.
    To stay informed about relevant market trends, regulations, and best practices related to treasury management.
    Prepares and analyzes monthly financial statements including variance analysis.
    Recommends and administers accounting policies and procedures.
    Provide recommendations to improve accounting internal controls.
    Reviews reports of subordinates including tax returns and schedules Intercompany accounts, Accounts payable, Fixed assets, Inventories, VAT, Advances to employees, and Accruals.
    Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly closing.
    Tax Filling, such as Corporate Income Tax, Personal Income Tax, Value Added Tax, and all required Tax declarations.
    Comply with required accounting/tax regulations regarding MAPP.
    Coordinate with the Account Auditing Team for Annual Accounting Audit.
    Performs all other tasks as requested or delegated by XXXX.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with banks and stakeholders.
Proficiency in cash flow management and forecasting.
Problem-solving skills to address complex financial issues.
Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
Advanced MS Excel skills.
Knowledge of financial regulations.
Professional qualification as a CPA is considered a plus.
