CLIENT PROFILE:

Amicassa Process Solutions, Inc. (AMICASSA), is a bsuiness process outsourcing company that provides after sales administration support to the Residential Business Griup of Ayala Land, Inc.  (ALI). The services include but are not limited to the following sales administration support- reservation and bookings, customer services, monitoring of billing and collection, buyer's financing assistanc, credit investigation, documentation and transfer and release of titles.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a Bachelor's Degree holder (ideally with business-related course)

• Must have effective verbal and written communication skills Has the ability to work with patience and courtesy in customer relations

• Meticulous, organized and has a sense of time management and task accountability

• Service- oriented and has the willingness to learn Must be willing to report to the assigned office location as necessary (having the personal means of transportation is highly preferred)

• Amenable to be assigned in Makati, Taguig or Muntinlupa Offices.
