Finance Supervisor

Assistance in monthly closing activities (reporting package) for submission to regional finance. Entails generation and reconciliation of accounts such as AP, AR, Inventory, Fixed Assets and Unearned income reports.
Preparation of forecast cash flow positions and related borrowing needs. Involves in the monitoring and projection of AR collection and management of payables to ensure working capital requirements are met.
Assistance in budget preparation and analysis of variances from established budget.
Internal and External Compliance reporting
Ensure timely tax compliance and BIR filings (compensation, expanded, final withholding taxes, and VAT)
Assistance in managing tax cases with external tax consultants
Assistance in interim and yearly external and internal compliance audits.
Assist the Finance Director in ensuring Compliance guidelines provided by HQ are observed and properly complied with.
Preparation and payment of monthly contributions – SSS, PHIC, HDMF.

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 5 years (s) of working experience in  General Accounting, External audit/finance/tax is an advantage
Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
Preferably with Netsuite Experience / similar ERP systems
Must have excellent knowledge in tax laws, BIR compliance
Strong excel skills and must be able to understand complex formulas
