Home Loan Officer

• Persuades clients to apply for a home loan by initiating communication through call, SMS, electronic mail and other online communication apps (e.g. FB messenger, Viber, etc.).
• Follows up interested clients of their home loan application requirements.
• Collects and collates home loan application requirements for submission to accredited banks.
• Prepares additional supporting home loan application requirements (e.g. Reservation application / Contract to Sell /copy of title and updated Statement of Account) for submission to accredited banks.
• Monitors clients’ accounts (pre- and post- compliance), updates Bank Financing materials, and tags corresponding status in the Accounts Monitoring and AX bank financing module.
• Coordinates with Approval and Booking team regarding the status of the loan application of the accounts endorsed to the banks.
• Maintains confidentiality at all times.
• Performs other responsibilities or tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
