Product Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough market research, including online research, attending events and getting feedback from sales and marketing team.
• Identifying new market opportunities and relaying this information to the reporting manager
• Making helpful product recommendations and suggestions.
• Collaborating and strategizing with sales, marketing and engineering teams in product design and implementation phase.
• Planning and assisting with new product releases and events.
• Memorize and understand company product specifications
• Demonstrate product functionality accurately and completely to internal team
• Scheduling product training sessions for sales and marketing team.
• Create and maintain documentation of company product specification.
• Answering all product-related questions and addressing queries promptly.
• Continuously expand knowledge of our product line

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in business, finance or related field. 
• Good understanding in finance, forex and CFD
• Experience in forex brokerage industry is a plus
• Ability to memorize details like product specifications. 
• Articulate and able to perform demonstrations that engage and inspire.
• Superb verbal and written communication skills
• A strong growth mindset
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Good command of the English, Mandarin and Malay
• Strong analytic skill
