Company Nurse

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with safety and health labor laws, and internal policies
• Develop and implement health and safety programs
• Responsible for providing first aid treatment and medication in case of injuries/accidents. If needed, must accompany the patient for hospitalization
• Responsible for coordinating with the HMO provider about annual physical exams and other employee concerns
• Monitor inventory of medicine and medical supplies, and in-charge of the request for replenishment
• Monitor Employee Attendance

Job Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Must be a Registered Nurse and with valid license
• Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in Occupational Safety and Health
• Good Critical Medical Thinking
• Have good bedside manner as they need to be able to comfort employees who are in pain and explain problems clearly
• Excellent both verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent Organizational Skills
• Willing to work in Marikina City
