Description:

Position: Inbound Customer Service Executive

Location: Kuala Lumpur (Nearby MRT station)

Employment Type: 12 Contract (Conversion to permanent based on performance)

Working Days/ Hours: Monday till Friday/8.30 am till 6 pm

Salary: Up to RM3,000 based on related experiences

Job Description:

    • Answer incoming calls from customers from Singapore.
    • Attend to customer inquiries and complaints via phone.
    • Note: No sales is required in this role.

Requirements

    • Diploma or Degree.
    • Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
    • Do not have any credit issues with the banks/ financial institutions reflecting under CTOS/ CCRIS.
