Product Specialist

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year Business course; a medical-related course is an advantage
• At least 2 years of work experience in the Medical Sales industry, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Excel, Word
• Good Communication skills (English and Filipino in both verbal and written)
• Good presentation skills
• Willing to travel locally & abroad

Successful candidates will:

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations;
• Conduct product training for Sales Team;
• Give updates about the latest developments related to the assigned product and keep abreast with competitors;
• Address customer's issues and concerns in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction;
• Provide support for Marketing Collateral, Advertising Materials, Marketing Campaigns, Roadshow Presentations, and other Promotional Activities;
• Effectively train, teach and educate the users on the system operations in accordance with established training protocols and the system operations manual.
• Monitor customer installations of ultrasound products within assigned territory/region to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships.
• Prepare the machines and devices needed for the product demonstrations as well as the required documentation.
• Other duties may be assigned by the EVPs from time to time.
