Duties and Responsibilities
- Effectively manages assigned territory and prioritizes key accounts and activities; effectively leverages internal & external resources.
- Create and implement account plans and associated action plans with strategic end users to grow sales and market share.
- Manage a continuous pipeline of sales opportunities through prospecting of new business opportunities; consistently tracking progress and moving opporturnities forward.
- Influence top decision makers in key accounts on the product value proposition aligned to the customer pain points and challenges; excels at personalizing the value for the account based on the business need.
- Effective communication at all levels; builds strategic relationships internally and externally.
- Solicit orders and sell product to existing customers.
- Prospect for new customers and market (eg attend trade shows).
- Evaluate sales potential and propose sales programmes for assigned territory.
- Meet monthly sales budget and maintain debtors’ payment period according to set standard.
- Provide pre-sales consultation and recommendation to clients.
- Prepare quotation/proposal.
- Liaise with store and workshop with regards to delivery and repair.
- Provide after-sales consultation and trouble-shooting.
- Prepare monthly report on sales progress and debt collection.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma and above.
- Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Result-oriented with good salesmanship.
- Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
