We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administration Manager to oversee our administrative department and ensure efficient day-to-day operations. The Administration Manager will be responsible for managing administrative staff, implementing policies and procedures, and coordinating administrative activities to support the organization's overall goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the administrative department, including managing administrative staff, assigning tasks, and monitoring workload.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Coordinate administrative activities, such as office maintenance, supplies procurement, and mail distribution, to ensure smooth functioning of the office.
  • Manage office facilities, equipment, and supplies, including maintenance and inventory management.
  • Supervise administrative staff, including hiring, training, evaluating performance, and providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Handle administrative tasks and inquiries, such as phone calls, emails, and correspondence, in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare and maintain administrative records, reports, and documentation, including employee records, budgets, and expense reports.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives and projects as needed.
