Travel Booking Agent

We are looking for candidates with (Travel Booking Agent) working experience for our (Travel and Tourism Account).

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling customer inquiries regarding flight schedules, reservations, cancellations, and other related concerns
• Making flight bookings and issuing tickets for customers
• Providing travel recommendations and advice to customers based on their individual needs and budget
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Handling customer check-in, boarding, and other pre-flight procedures
• Coordinating with other departments and teams within the airline to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest airline policies, procedures, and regulations

Qualifications:

• Must be residing within Negros Occidental
• At least High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
• Good to Excellent English Communication Skills
• Fully Vaccinated
