The Job:
- To perform reception, registration, and administration of client visits in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Work as part of the administrative team in a fun and multi-cultural environment.
- Answer phone calls, and emails regarding our services.
- Manage calendars and appointment scheduling for a team of psychologists, and speech & occupational therapists.
- Invoicing and collection of payments.
- Provide admin support in all aspects of clinic operations and good follow-up on emails and calls received.
- Exceptional customer service delivered promptly
- Adhere to PDPA compliance - maintain the confidentiality of customers’ information.
- To demonstrate care, empathy, and professionalism in frontline services to our clients.
The ideal candidate would be:
- Diploma / Degree holders in any discipline.
- Work 4 weekdays and full day on Saturday per week. Off day - Sunday and 1 weekday.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong office administration skills
- A good team player with good interpersonal & conflict resolution skills
- Patient, understanding, and able to display professionalism in handling & receiving clients.
- Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or challenging situations.
- The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar setting.
