Qualifications:

- Must has at least 6 months of BPO Experience and at least a High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

· Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations

· Strong multitasking and time management abilities

· Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, if required
