Qualifications:
· Exceptional customer service skills (prior experience in CX or white glove/concierge-style support
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
· Expert-level skillset within social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest) and experience in TikTok
· Exposure/experience working with one-commerce platforms (Magneto, Shopify) and CX platforms (Zendesk)
· Must be fully vaccinated
