QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Excellent English speaking and written skills
- Keen on details, organized and results-driven
- Preferably residing in Metro Manila
- Willing to work in Mandaluyong City 2-3 days a week
- Willing to work immediately
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Perform clerical functions
- Select, approve and note candidates in-process in the Apply Online System
- Assist Recruiters in populating the spreadsheet
- Process collection lists for candidates in-process for assigned accounts
- Print, monitor and submit the E-registration and PEOS certificate of candidates
- Cross-check submitted requirements with compliance guide
- Check the correctness of the information against the passport / proof of ID, proof of address, CV, license, diploma, employment certificates / references
- Determine which documents are missing in the file and take note of any gaps that need to be explained in a work gap declaration form
- Check if the character reference has been completed appropriately
- Submit the Reference Letters / Certificate of Employment to the Verification Officer
- Maintain a spreadsheet if which items are missing or would need revision and share this with partner Recruiter
- Assist the Recruiter on filing Request for Payment forms (RFP) for reimbursements and payments made using the company credit cards
- Monitor receipts and / or proof of payment for items in the RFP filing and inform the partner Recruiter
- Request the Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) of candidates who have submitted their files
