General Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or Psychology or any Business course
- Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply or with at least 1 year of experience
- Create reports on a regular basis
- Support continuous improvement efforts with regard to operational effectiveness
- Update system tools and databases in a timely manner
- Adhere to time schedules and work plans required by other tasks assigned such as Evacuation Marshall, Asset Custodian and others
- Ensure timely completion of required training
To provide support on any of the following teams:
1. Validation (12 HC)
- Provide support to Recruitment Validation administrative operations
2. Employee Rewards (2)
- Ensure all compensation and benefits ticket logged on the SNOW are resolved
- Administer compensation and benefits process scheme or report efficiently and within agreed timelines
- Create and submit report to Vendor or to Process Owner
- Liaise with Payroll and other functional team in order to obtain necessary information to resolve queries
3. TFS Tech (2)
- Support project by tracking and managing project management office activities.
- Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables.

4. Recruitment ACM (2)
Subcontractor Internal Recruiter (Ops)
- Follow up CV screening result and interview result from hiring managers
- Gather needed details or requirements for salary fitment
- Facilitate the negotiation of release date of the employee in line with the agreement of both projects
- Generate recruitment reports needed
- Familiarize with the recruitment tools
- Handle email concerns from the managers and the applicants
- Attending recruitment calls for updates on their demands and resources
- Exporting reports from Abacus or Recruitment Tools
Subcontractor Processor
- Validating the candidates’ eligibility
- Endorsing applicant’s CV to the project’s Hiring Manager
- Revalidating the application of candidates if they are still eligible before proceeding into Offer Stage
- Creating a record (CID) of the candidate
- Tagging the applications of the candidates to Onboard
- Flagging the demand to reflect in the CM Site
5. Market Intelligence (1)
Talent Intelligence Research
- Does talent research for specific skills such as talent mapping, skills availability, etc.
- Generates various reports on talents available in the market such as pool size estimates, current and emerging trends, etc.
- Conducts competitor research on their performances, activities and other relevant industry-developments
- Conducts adhoc market intelligence and research projects as requested by business groups
- Do data gathering for competitive monitoring across job boards
Data Processing and Analysis
- Supports various talent sourcing groups in the business in strategy formulation by providing business updates and market insights
- Develops charts and analytical presentations needed to build market intelligence and insights
- Provides key insights based on various data sources, including those from market research projects
