Job Responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for Singapore and Malaysia of open roles includes drafting job specifications, sourcing, screening candidates, conducting candidate interviews, and managing the recruitment process with various stakeholders, reference checking, and offer management.
- Assist with internship placement activities.
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
- Work Pass Application; including new application, renewal & cancellation.
- Administration of government grant applications and claims.
- Review, design & implement HR process and policies to meet group’s objective.
- Review, update and maintains proper filing of all HR documents.
- Assist in employee exit / off-boarding processes.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in the relevant field.
- Experienced in IT recruitment is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Result-driven and KPI-oriented.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues such as LinkedIn, Jobstreet and etc.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with potential candidates.
