Description:

Job Description

1.     System development and implementation - Analyse, design and implement new systems and strategies to help the company reduce costs, increase workplace accountability and improve employee’s efficiency

2.     Recruitment and selection - Develop, optimise and lead the entire hiring process based on the organisation’s manpower needs

3.     Performance management - Work alongside senior management to set, monitor and assess employees KPIs

4.     Talent acquisition and management - Proactively seek out new ways to source for and retain high quality talent (Online and Offline). Propose and implement a career roadmap and succession plan.

5.     Payroll and Compliance - Ensure timely and accurate execution of monthly payroll and statutory payment. Have a firm understanding of employment related laws and regulations including HR policies

6.     Compensation & Benefits - Develop and implement a system that will enable management to accurately identify, review and reward high performing staff

7.     Training and Development - To monitor and provide a summary of employee’s performance, skill and knowledge. To understand and deliver on the needs and training required by the employees. Develop and implement training programs tailored for each role within the organisation.

8.     Culture Development - Implement systems and strategies to nurture a positive working culture based on the organisation’s needs

9.     Investigation, Disciplinary and Conflict Management - Investigate and handle, in accordance with the employment acts, any disciplinary issues that may arise. Resolve queries and issues - escalate to the right level depending on the nature of the issue.

 

Requirements:

1.     Bachelors/ Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field 

2.     Minimum 5 years of working experience

3.     Experience in construction industry will be add advantage.

4.     Ability to do ISO 9001 management filing

5.     Having the ability to analyze problems and find effective solutions

6.     Strong time management skills that ensure task is completed on a timely manner

7.     Proficient in MS Office Application

8.     Good interpersonal and communication skill
