Interior Designer / Illustrator

Responsibilities

·         Develop initial design ideas and acquiring key information on potential projects

·         Develop high quality conceptual design (hotels, commercial, corporate and residential)

·         Coordinate and liaise with other professionals such as architects, clients, consultants, contractors, vendors etc to ensure each project’s success

·         Discuss requirements in detail with clients; prepare detailed design drawings, design documents and materials; and set project schedules

·         Monitor and inspect assigned project sites occasionally to ensure the design construction are in accordance with the designs / plans

·         Prepare technical and drawings efficiently with minimum supervision

·         Brainstorm concepts and solutions based on creative directions

·         Support the design team with creation, details and design solutions

·         Has experience in rendering / illustration works

Requirements

·         Diploma / Degree in interior design or equivalent (preferably with architecture background)

·         Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in the interior design field (commercial/residential or hospitality projects)

·         Software skills in AutoCAD, PhotoShop, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Word and other design softwares (e.g. Sketch up Vray/ 3D Studio Max)

·         Well-versed in interior detailing and joinery works and other interior finishing details

·         Experienced as illustrator or doing any illustration works

·         Good communicator, in presentation and interpersonal skills – written and oral

·         Possess creativity and alternative thinking to develop new ideas

·         Skillful in interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of equipment, furnishings, lightings and colour coordination

·         Meticulous, organized, self-motivated and work independently
