RPO Recruiter

Job Description:

• The RPO Recruiter will be working with the Client’s Recruitment Team to achieve the hiring requirements based on the required lead time 
• To process leads through various job boards and different sourcing channels 
• To screen candidates by using competency-based interviews to shortlist candidates and meet the number of endorsements required
• Keep Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated and accurate as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields
• With experience in volume hiring/recruitment 
• Experience in corporate hiring/manufacturing / BPO / Shared Services set-up is an advantage.
• With knowledge of using Applicant/Candidate Tracking Systems
• Amenable to reporting on site
• Can start ASAP
