Job Summary:

Provide the organization its hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource, and related fields
• Experience in an end to end recruitment is a must
• Must have experience delivering volume hiring
• Must have experience in sourcing hard to fill positions like IT, foreign languages, subject matter experts, etc.
• with existing talent search/pool network
• Familiar with different sourcing channels
• Must have an initiative and results driven
• Good communication skills both written and spoken
• Working in a BPO industry or fast paced environment is a plus
