Job description
The Recruitment Supervisor provides leadership, support, and supervision of the recruitment team. The Recruitment supervisor also oversees the sourcing and recruitment activities to ensure the hiring needs are filled in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the hiring process which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, screening applicants, scheduling applicants for interviews and exams, replying to messages on email and social media channels, updating the hiring pipeline, and performing reference checks
- Inform job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
- Supervise in the development and updating of job descriptions for current/new positions
- Identify current recruitment trends and create process flows based on these trends
- Design and develop recruitment efforts and strategies to meet hiring needs while maintaining the financial budget
- Provide coaching and mentoring to the recruitment team including but not limited to providing constructive feedback, identifying strengths and areas of opportunity, and documenting performance reviews, issues or concerns
- Collaborate with Department Managers to identify current and future recruitment needs, deliver best practices to improve the recruitment process and ensure hiring needs are filled within the recruitment timeline
- Analyze the recruitment data in partnership with the Human Resources team to implement strategies, programs or policies.

- Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite is a plus
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a similar relevant field
- At least two (2) years of experience supervising a recruitment team
- At least one (1) year of work experience in a call center environment
