Technical Recruiter

We are seeking an aspiring Technical Recruiter to join our exceptional team in our office in Makati. We will serve as a launching pad for a future career in technology recruitment.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with Account Managers to determine qualified staffing needs
• Proactively develop, drive, and execute search strategies to recruit candidates
• Effectively recruit IT professionals in a time-sensitive environment
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients on a regular basis
• Serve as the internal expert on your candidate portfolio (daily/weekly reporting)

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Recruitment
• Excellent communication skills
• Amenable to working on a hybrid set-up (Location: Makati)
