Business Analyst

Job Description

• Analyzes the effectiveness and efficieny of existing requisrements-gathering processes.
• Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developer/project team.
• Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforces and redefine as necessary.
• Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements verbally or through written documentation to project manager, sponsors, and other stakeholders of that issues and solutions are understood.

Minimum Qualifications

• College degree holder and Computer Science, Information Technology, or similiar course.
• Experience as Business/ System Analyst for Agile Software.
• One to two years experience as Business Analyst.
• Demonstrated project management skills and project management software skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources.
• Logical and efficient, with keen attention to details.
• Excellent analystical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
