About the role

The ICT Service Administrator works in our corporate team, assisting our ICT team to service all our locations across Australia, New Zealand & Philippines. The ICT team are a small team that work closely together with a customer-solutions approach, where everyone is excited to help our teams with their ICT requests. Reporting directly to the ICT Manager, you will a seasoned ICT professional that is comfortable resolving helpdesk queries, providing Desktop support, troubleshooting system issues, and performing project work in a heavily customer focused team.

You will support and help maintain the Systems, Infrastructure, hardware & Network across the business and the supporting registers and documentation. You will have experience or the ability to rapidly step up to the following parts of the role:

  • Responding to helpdesk queries raised via phone, email or through the Service Desk software.
  • Assisting System Administration team members with backend system support.
  • Participating in ICT projects to deliver and rollout new systems and technologies.
  • Maintaining ICT documentation such as helpdesk notes or creation of user guides.
  • Customer interaction and assisting in strategy development / delivery.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and management of company’s computer systems.

About you

Ideally you will have experience across a number of the following or similar functions and technologies:

  • Microsoft – Windows Client/Server OS, RD Services, Active Directory / DNS / DHCP, DFS. Exchange 2016/Online, SCCM, Teams, Sharepoint Online.
  • Cloud – Office 365, Workday.
  • Scripting – PowerShell / Batch / VBScript / PHP.
  • Engineering Software e.g. AutoDesk Suite, Bentley Software.
  • Networking – Cisco, Meraki, Unifi Wireless, general troubleshooting.
  • Hardware support – predominantly DELL.
  • Security – General concepts & awareness
